The real secret sauce of using Notion for your customer-facing knowledge base is notion tables. These allow you to create vast webs of reusable data that can be viewed and accessed from various parts of your knowledge base.
The resource center is the place where that data lives.
The FAQ
Take, for example, the frequently asked questions section.
In here, you'll notice we have the FAQ table with all the data inside it. Then, in each feature page we have a database view to the FAQ table. This view will only show the questions relevant to that feature. Neat eh?
This can be used in other ways too, but I'll let you be creative 💡.
